URHome started with a simple frustration: too many people in Ahmedabad were getting beautiful designs and terrible execution. A gorgeous 3D render, and then months of chasing contractors, unanswered calls, budgets that quietly doubled, and a handover date that kept moving.
So we built the studio the other way around. Design and execution under one roof, with our own team on site, and a delivery date we treat as a commitment rather than an estimate.
Years and a long list of completed projects later, that's still how we work. Our studio is on SP Ring Road near Vaishnodevi Circle, and most of our sites are within an hour of it. That's deliberate. We'd rather be on your site twice a week than manage it over the phone.
What we believe?
Luxury is in the finish, not the price tag. A well-made shutter that closes silently. A skirting line that runs true. Lighting that flatters the room instead of flooding it. These are the things people notice every single day, and they cost attention more than they cost money.
Your home should suit you, not a trend. We don't have a house style we impose on everyone. A joint family in Bopal and a young couple in Shantigram need very different homes. Our job is to find out what yours is and build that.
On time is part of the job. A delayed project isn't a small inconvenience. It's rent you're still paying, a family living out of boxes, a business that can't open. We plan for it, and we hold our team to it.
Say it straight. If a material won't last in your kitchen, we'll say so. If your budget won't stretch to what you've shown us, we'll tell you at the start and show you what will work instead. Nobody likes a surprise in the last week.
